SideTask is designed around files you choose. This policy explains how the app handles those files and the information you may send when contacting support.

Files and task data

SideTask reads and writes task content in folders you select. Those folders may be on your device or in a storage service you control, such as iCloud Drive. SpacedMan Studio does not operate a server that receives your task files as part of the core app workflow.

Accounts and advertising

SideTask does not require a separate SideTask account. The app is not designed to build an advertising profile or track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

Apple services

If you use iCloud Drive or other Apple platform features, Apple processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. SideTask only requests access needed for the feature you choose to use.

Support messages

When you contact support, we receive the email address and information you include in your message. We use it to respond and troubleshoot. Do not include sensitive task content unless it is necessary for your request.

Changes

This policy will be updated when SideTask’s data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
