PostureBack is a general-audience macOS 26 menu-bar app for posture awareness and work-interval feedback. It is not intended to provide medical or diagnostic guidance.
Local processing
PostureBack processes posture and motion data locally on your Mac. The app uses motion data from compatible motion-capable AirPods or Beats for its posture-awareness features.
Local data
The app may store temporary motion samples, a calibration baseline, posture summaries, alerts, and preferences locally on your Mac.
No account or remote services
Mac v1 does not require an account and does not use cloud sync, a posture server, analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party SDKs.
Delete all local data
Choose Settings → Delete All Local Data in PostureBack. This removes calibration, posture history, alerts, and preferences and returns the app to first launch.
Support emails
If you email support, Spaceman Studios receives the email address and information you include. Support emails are retained only as needed to respond and maintain support records.
